Three Steps to applying for your Ethiopia e-Visa:

    1. Download and fill out this form completely Ethiopia e-Visa Form and save it to your computer .
    2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:
      • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page – 10KB – 300 KB PDF format.
      • One recent passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression 10KB – 1MB – 2” x 2” jpg format
      • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name and your entry and departure date from your destination.
      • A Hotel Reservation showing your name and for the duration of the stay.
      • Please provide a scan copy of your Covid-19 Vaccination Card. Card must show complete list of
        vaccines. Or a negative PCR test.
      • Non-US citizens must also submit a copy of their Permanent Resident Card or U.S. Visa and I-94.

Please Note:

  • Ethiopia e-Visas are valid for entry at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa only.
  • Your visa validity will begin on the date of entry listed on your form.

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
