Cancellation Policy
A client is eligible for a full refund of Passport Visa Advisor’s service fees, less a $35 convenience fee if a cancellation is received before work commences at PVA. A 50% refund policy will apply for all PVA processing fees for work in progress but not yet complete. No refund of PVA services is provided once the application process has been completed.
For Preferred and Corporate orders PVA will also refund the USPS money order charges (less the $5 convenience fee) as long as the cancellation takes place before documents are sent to the client (Preferred) or to the State Department directly (Corporate). USPS money orders acquired and used on behalf of the client’s passport application are non-refundable. Money orders sent to the client directly (Preferred Services) can be converted to cashed and used as legal tender.
Any shipping costs to the client or to the Passport Agency on behalf of the client are non-refundable and the returning of cancelled documents will be assessed an additional $35 FedEx Priority Service or $20 USPS Priority Mail unless a FedEx airbill is provided to ship the documents back with.
