Concierge Service Refund Policy

This service is custom tailored to each applicant’s unique situation. Once a Concierge Service order is placed, a dedicated Concierge Service representative is assigned to the case and begins reviewing options even prior to contacting the client.

Once our Concierge Service has been ordered our refund policy in force. If the traveler’s request is not something that Passport Visa Advisors can assist with, or the service was selected in error, a full refund will be issued less $17 to cover credit card transaction fees.

Once the PVA Concierge Service representative meets with the traveler or traveler’s representative to discuss the details of the situation and then the Concierge Service is cancelled, a full refund will be issued less $50 to cover our agent’s time and credit card transaction fees.

If you choose to continue after this initial consultation, Concierge Service is non-refundable. Under no circumstances does Concierge Service guarantee faster processing than any other Passport Visa Advisors service.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Services – A client is eligible for a full refund of Passport Visa Advisor’s service fees less a $35 cancellation fee if the client cancels their order prior to the application being processed. For cancellation of work in progress a 50% refund policy will apply, and if PVA’s services have been completed, a refund is not applicable.

Preferred Services – A client is eligible for a full refund of Passport Visa Advisor’s service fees less a $35 cancellation fee if the client cancels their order prior to the application being processed. For cancellation of work in progress a 50% refund policy will apply, and if PVA’s services have been completed, a refund is not applicable. USPS Money Orders provided by PVA are not eligible for refund, however the money orders can be cashed out by the client and used as desired. USPS money order surcharges are not refundable.

Corporate Services – A client is eligible for a full refund of Passport Visa Advisor’s service fees less a $35 cancellation fee if the client cancels their order prior to the application being processed. For cancellation of work in progress a 50% refund policy will apply, and if PVA’s services have been completed, a refund is not applicable. Passport Applications submitted to the Passport Agency, USPS Money Orders and shipping costs all provide by PVA are not eligible for refund. The returning of cancelled documents will be assessed a $35 FedEx Priority Service or $20 for USPS Priority Mail unless a FedEx airbill is provided to ship the documents back with.

For cancellation once the application process has begun a 50% refund policy will apply, and once PVA has completed the application process a refund is not applicable.

USPS money orders bought for, sent to, or applied for a passport on behalf of the client’s passport application are non-refundable. Money orders sent to the client directly (Preferred Services) can be converted to cashed and used as legal tender.

Any shipping costs to the client or to the Passport Agency on behalf of the client are non-refundable and the returning of cancelled documents will be assessed an additional $35 FedEx Priority Service or $20 USPS Priority Mail unless a FedEx airbill is provided to ship the documents back with.
