1. Download and fill out this form completely Egypt e-Visa Form and save it to your computer .
2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:

• • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page – 10KB – 300 KB PDF format.
  • One recent passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression 10KB – 1MB – 2” x 2” jpg format.
  • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name and entry and departure country.
  • A Hotel Reservation for the duration of the stay.

3. Either email all documents to e-visa@passportvisaadvisors.com or securely upload by using the upload box below.

Please Note:

• You must use your e-Visa to enter Egypt within 90 days of the date of issue.
• Once you enter Egypt, you may stay for up to 30 days, even if this takes you beyond the “valid until” date printed on your e-Visa.
• When you enter Egypt, you must carry your printed e-Visa, a copy of your flight itinerary showing your departure from Egypt, and a copy of your hotel reservations or tour confirmation.

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
