Three Steps to applying for your Australia e-600 Visa

1. Download and fill out this form completely Australia Visa Form and save it to your computer .
2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:
   • A color scan of the traveler’s passport all pages  – 10KB – 300 KB PDF format.
   • One recent passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression 10KB – 1MB – 2” x 2” jpg format.
   • Copy of National ID Card / US Citizens a copy of their Social Security Card.
   • Copy of your Driver’s License front and back.
   • Marriage Certificate, if applicable.
   • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name and entry and departure country.
   • A Hotel Reservation for the duration of the stay.
   • Recent Bank Statement / Copy of a Recent Pay Stub.
   • For Business Visa Applicants also:
     • A business letter from your domestic employer.
       + This letter must explain the purpose of the trip and provide a financial guarantee, and specify the dates of travel and the visa duration that is requested.
       + The letter should include the contact information for the organization to be visited.
       + The letter must be on letterhead and have a pen-to-paper signature of a representative of the company other than the applicant.
     • A copy of a letter of invitation from the company to be visited.
       + The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by a representative of the company.
       + The letter should include the applicant’s name and the name, address, phone and email address for a contact person at the overseas company.
       + The letter must also include a guarantee of financial support for expenses incurred by the visa applicant.
       + Scanned or faxed copies are accepted.
       + Evidence that your sponsor is not, or will not be, in breach of Australia immigration laws at the time of your visit.

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
