1. Download and fill out this form completely Cambodia e-Visa Form and save it to your computer .
2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:

• • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page – 10KB – 300 KB PDF format.
  • One recent passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression 10KB – 1MB – 2” x 2” jpg format.
  • A Hotel Reservation for the duration of the stay.
  • For Business travelers only:
    + A copy of a signed Letter of Invitation from the company or organization to be visited in Cambodia.  (The letter should include the applicant’s name and the name, address, phone and email for a contact person at the overseas company. The letter must include a guarantee of financial support for expenses
    incurred by the visa applicant.  Evidence that your sponsor is not, or will not be, in breach of Cambodia immigration laws at the time of your visit).
    + For some applicants, the following items may be required:
    – A copy of the patent certification for the manufactured product.
    – A copy of the terms of the investment project for NGO travelers.

3. Either email all documents to e-visa@passportvisaadvisors.com or securely upload by using the upload box below.

• Cambodia eVisas are valid for entry at Techo International Airport (KTI), Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI), and Sihanoukville International Airport (KOS) or at the land border crossings at Bavet (Svay Rieng Province), Tropaeng Kreal (Stung Treng Province) only.

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
