1. 1. Download and fill out this form completely Cote d’Ivoire e-Visa Form and save it to your computer .
   2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:
      • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page – 10KB – 300 KB PDF format.
      • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name and your entry and departure date from your destination.
      • A Hotel Reservation showing your name and for the duration of the stay.
      • A copy of your International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
      • For Business Applicants Only
        • Letter of Invitation from the company to be visited (must be in French)
        • Business Cover Letter from your US employer confirming travel plans.

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
