1. Download and fill out this form completely East Africa Tourist Visa Form and save it to your computer.
2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:

• • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page.
  • One recent passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression – 2” x 2” jpg format.
  • A scan of your International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
  • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name and entry and departure country.
  • Hotel Reservation, with the duration of the stay.

3. Either email all documents to e-visa@passportvisaadvisors.com or securely upload by using the upload box below.

Please Note: The East Africa Tourist Visa allows travel between Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda with the same multiple entry visa. Please apply for your East Africa Tourist Visa via the country you will enter first.

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
