1. 1. Download and fill out this form completely Saudi Arabia e-Visa Form and save it to your computer .
   2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:
      • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page.
      • One digital passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression – 2” x 2” jpg format
      • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name, entry and departure from destination country
      • A Hotel Reservation must show the traveler’s name
      • Invitation Letters must include the precise dates of travel and the traveler’s passport information.
      • Letters from private hosts must include a copy of the host’s passport and/or local Identification Card.
      • Letters from tour operators must include a copy of business license and ID of tour operator.li>

Documents Naming: Please help us quickly identify and retrieve your documents by naming them with Last Name first followed by document type, with no comma in between e.g. SmithBirthCertificate, SmithTravelItinerary, SmithPhoto.
