1. 1. Download and fill out this form completely Uganda e-Visa Form and save it to your computer .
   2. Scan the following documents for all e-visa types:
      • A color scan of the traveler’s passport information/photo page.
      • One recent passport style photo. In color, no glasses, neutral expression – 2” x 2” jpg format
      • A Confirmed Flight Itinerary with your name and entry and departure country.
      • A Hotel Reservation for the duration of the stay.
      • A scan of your International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
      • Two letters of recommendation from references in Uganda. Must be from two different people
      • Certificate of Good Conduct (issued by applicant’s local Police Department or FBI)
      • For Business Visa :
        • Letter of invitation: This letter must clearly explain the purpose of the trip and business in Uganda.
        • The letter should include the contact information for the organization to be visited.
      • For multiple-entry e-Visa request:
        • A letter explaining the need for a multiple entry visa and a Proof of the applicant’s previous travel to Uganda.
        • If you do not have proof of travel to Uganda in the last year, please apply instead for a SINGLE-ENTRY e-Visa.

3. 3. Either email all documents to e-visa@passportvisaadvisors.com or securely upload by using the upload box below.

• Uganda e-Visas should be applied for two weeks before departure.
