If you are in need of a passport quickly don't walk to his office run! The process was so seamless he explained every single step. He is very knowledgeable and equally as personable. Marc gave you the option to pay a fee and do partial work or pay another fee and do none of the work and simply wait for your passport to arrive in the mail.
